Scott Pekarek

Scott Pekarek is the Director of Corporate Finance at Highline Hospitality Partners and is responsible for asset management of Highline’s existing hospitality portfolio with a focus on finance and accounting. Scott brings over two decades of experience in hotel finance and operations, and his career spans a wide range of property types and management structures including select service hotels, single branded full-service properties, and multi-branded hotel complexes with integrated retail centers. Over his 20+ years in the hospitality industry, Scott has experience working with a variety of respected brands and management companies such as Kimpton Group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Aimbridge Hospitality, and Avion Hospitality. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Scott applies structured problem-solving methods to improve process efficiency and reduce waste across hotel operations.
