Chuck Pomerantz is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Highline Hospitality Partners. Prior to joining Highline, Chuck was a Managing Director at Garrison Investment Group, A New York based private equity fund overseeing the entirety of its Hospitality platform. During his tenure at Garrison from 2011 to 2019, Chuck spearheaded the growth of the hospitality platform, increasing the portfolio from less than 10 hotels to more than 65 with a market capitalization of over $1.5B. His responsibilities included direct oversight of all asset management, including the overall execution of the firm's "buy it, fix it" strategy through the final disposition stage. Chuck has over 35 years of both operations and deal experience, having held senior-level positions for numerous hospitality operating companies prior to joining Garrison, including Denihan Hospitality Group, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. He also was Vice President and Hotel Manager on the opening team for the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, a $600MM project with over 1,500 rooms and 400,000 SF of meeting and exhibit space.
Chuck holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
